*** Please Note we suggest that all Oval Vinyl Pools use a Vermiculite Pool Base under the Liner. For over thirty years, vermiculite has been used in the construction of vinyl liner swimming pools. Essentially after the walls of the pools are positioned, vermiculite is mixed with Portland cement and then trowelled on the “bottom” of the pool in both the shallow and deep sections. These vermiculite pool bases or pool bottoms offer a number of advantages, which protect you and your pool. If you opt out with this suggestions we will ask that you sign off with a signature due to settling issues before installing the pool.

*Additional Charges: There will be additional charges if the pool is older, spot rusting, and may require wall foam. Pricing depends on size of the pool. We bring a couple of buckets of sand for small repairs. Sand may be required due to washout. Screws, gaskets, skimmer and return parts additional cost.
Desmond Pools & Spas is entitled to not install a liner if we realize pool installation was improper or pools structure in not sufficient. This is to ensure customer satisfaction.
