Timeless Beauty – Classic Fiberglass Pools

Classic designs never go out of style; straight lines and elegant curves are customary in classic pool designs. These models can be customized with color, lighting, tile, and water features.

Lengths, widths, and depths may vary up to 3%. Measurements are to the widest point on each side of the outside edge. Pool drawings are not to scale. All Pools are non-diving.

    • Cantilevered concrete coping: $1,700 minimum at $20.00 a linear ft.
    • Blues and Greens Colored Concrete: TBD sq. ft.
    • Earth Tone Colored Concrete: $9.00 – $11.00 sq. ft.
    • Exposed Aggregate: $12.00 – $20.00 sq. ft.
    • Rip out and Finish $12.00 – $22.00 per sq. ft.
    • Stained concrete: $6.00 – $8.00 sq. ft.
    • Stamped Concrete Stone Patterns: $14.00 – $17.00 per sq. ft.

    • Every 25’ foot after is $500.00

Questions to ask your Local Agency to determine a best fit approved pool

    • Does the pool require an Engineer?
    • Does it require a Topographical Survey or Grading Survey?
    • Does the local agency require a Water Management System
      • A)Does Impervious Coverage apply? (If yes ask B & C)
      • B) What are the guidelines for impervious coverage?
      • C) What of the impervious Coverage is currently being used?
    • What are the properties setbacks (Front, Back, Left, Right, and off of any permit structures?
    • If a property has a septic system asks what are the guidelines?
    • If the property has above-ground power lines what are the guidelines?

  1. Pool Heater Gas Lines (Natural Gas or Propane) – Desmond Pools and Spas does not do or sub-contract the Gas Lines
